Prenatal Yoga

Join our gentle prenatal yoga class, designed to support your body and mind through pregnancy and connect with your baby. this class focuses on breathwork, gentle stretching, and relaxation techniques to help improve flexibility, reduce stress, and prepare for childbirth. Suitable for all trimesters and experience levels.

Equipment

All equipment provided, yoga mats, blocks, bolsters. Just bring yourself and comfortable clothing, a blanket if you want to!

Advice

If you have never practiced yoga before, you may wish to wait until your 12 week scan to join a class but please do get in touch if you'd like to come before that point.
