Brioney notices huge change in herself and others when practicing Yoga, and believes it gives us the tools we need to be kind to ourselves and others. Often using the theory and tradition of Yoga, Brioney will use this to guide her teaching and create and relaxing, playful environment for her students to practice, be open, explore but also find themselves again amongst the madness of today’s society, and remind people we are more than the physical self.

Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath
Self-care Sunday!
Join us for 90-minute session of restorative yoga, followed by a soothing Sound Bath led by the talented Carllye.
Benefits of sound and movement are to ease stress and improve mood, as well as support your emotional and physical well-being.

Enjoy refreshments in-between sessions as you relax and rejuvenate. Start your month off right by treating yourself and caring for your mind and body. ​

All equipment is provided; just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, if you're really looking to get snuggly bring a pair of fluffy socks and your favourite blanket!
